I’ve tried all ways mentioned, but was unable to restart my Inspire 3. Screen keep asking me to download fitbit app. Already uninstall and install my app. Still cannot scan it via my Android phone. Pls help.

Hi, @Angrybirdie, welcome, you do not mention the make and model of your Android phone. Note that if the Android OS is 9 or newer you should get Fitbit app software 3.76 but if Android 8 or older you need software 3.75 (this is a new development) In addition some phones need care in setting up, see Fitbit Supported Devices - additional instructions.

May I suggest you review this video which provides guidance and advice? If a regular restart fails to correct the problem, bite the bullet (lose any data you have not previously synced) and do a factory reset having reloaded the Fitbit app in your phone try to install your Inspire 3 as a "+ set up a device"

Let us know how you get on.

Cheers
