My premium membership gets renewed without my consent all the time. I cancelled it ages ago! Who can i write to?

@Nikokoopmann , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. 

Support informed me that you already contacted them over something else. For your Premium subscription you'll need to confirm some personal info ( email address, etc) 
You can use the same channel or another one, to contact Support. 
Just be sure to open a new case with them, do not reply to the last mail sent from Support.
