I contacted your depart. regarding a problem w/my fitbit inspire 3, it stopped working after only 4 months. Your customer service employee was rude and wasted 30 minutes of my time; after contacting my insurance they connected me with a supervisor who demanded I print out information despite my not having a printer. Really? Get Your House in Order!

We apologize for the inconvenience regarding your Inspire 3. 

I'm not sure but it seems like you received a label to send back the device to the Warehouse. If this is the case, it is part of the process you need to complete. If you need help to print the label, you can go to the post office, they will help you with it. 

I appreciate your comprehension and patience.
