So my app finally(!) started showing a readiness score 2 days in a row. Still not on device, but I digress. Yesterday’s score of 62 made sense to me. Today’s was 95. Yesterday I had over 2 hours of zone minutes, and I got a whopping two hours of sleep. I got nothing to give today. Why on earth does it think I’m a 95?? The sleep I did get was decent. But it was 2 hours! And I wore myself out yesterday. I surely hope this is just a temporary glitch and the new algorithm won’t keep giving me ridiculous numbers like this. If it does, it’s going to be pretty much worthless.
