I’m a little late to this party since I’ve seen threads in forums for other devices having the same problem since 2020, but it’s even more of a problem since the Fitbit help website still talks about a mindfulness tile that no longer exists since the iOS/Android App update.
Where are all the Relax breathing exercises being logged? None of them have been logged or synced to the app since I bought my Inspire 3 back in October. I’m on firmware 194.91 with no further updates available. I sync with iOS on an iPhone 14 Pro. I have restarted my devices and all as suggested in other threads. Only the Premium video/audio sessions are logged on my account. I didn’t realize my Relax info wasn’t showing since I usually do audio or video via the app and the day is marked as completed. However, the last 2 days, I used only the Relax app on my inspire, and the days are neither checked off nor are any of the Relax entries logged anywhere in the app.
The “Counting Breaths” activity shown for this week is a premium guided exercise in the app, not from the Relax app.
I have been doing a regular 30 minute meditation practice for many years now, so I’m already quite disappointed that Fitbit can’t actually acknowledge my practice. There are no unguided timers or anything other than the premium guided audio/video. Yes, there is a way to log meditation as a workout, but it doesn’t count toward the mindfulness/stress category and the related stress management score.
I was at least hoping the Relax app entries would work alongside my non-app mindfulness practice, and they are marketed as such in the help section, but from all the other unresolved-but-closed posts on the topic, this feature is not functional.
Please fix this or tell the community that the Relax app no longer syncs or works with your iOS/Android app and remove the mentions of that from your help articles.
