Relax app - blue circle animation disappeared

When I open the relax app on my Inspire 3, it tells me to follow the circle but the blue circle that expands when you inhale and shrinks when you exhale is gone. I restarted my device and updated the Fitbit app (it's on version 4.42.1) but it nothing worked.

Despite numerous attempts to seek assistance and report these problems, it appears that no effective solutions have been implemented, and the situation has remained unresolved for several months.

Just look at how many users have reported this issue.

Shame on you, Google. When are you going to fix the Relax app?

We are frustrated with the lack of response on this issue!

I appreciate your messages, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue regarding the relax app with your Inspire 3. 

This issue has already been escalated and is being studied by our developers.

Meanwhile, always check that your Fitbit app and your device are up-to-date.
