Relax session won't work right

This has been going on for months. The blue animation circle won't work on my Inspire 3. It will still vibrate to encourage proper breathing. It stops after the session. It will NOT post on the Fitbit app that I did a mindfulness session. Has this part just been discontinued by Fitbit?

Same issue with it not tracking, though my watch properly shows my moving circle all throughout my sessions. I've done it the last three days but it won't show in the app to track that I've been doing it. So I can't really see if doing it's having a tangible effect by tracking when I do and don't do it. 

 

I've also noticed my stress management score won't populate unless I go into the app and click on it. Then it shows up ever after, but if I go a day without pulling up the app, it's just lost for that day forever. 

 

Also, I can't get a target cardio load for nothin'. Tells me I'm overtraining and what my cardio load is, but not what my target load is. 

 

Fitbit doesn't wanna give us data, does it?

This is happening to me and a lot of other people, it seems, after searching and reaching this forum. Seems also to have been going on for a very long time. Do FitBit developers not even use their own products to know something is wrong? Just a bit mind-boggling. Also, @TwoCrazyHens, I've discovered that if you listen to one of the mindfulness/meditation audio sessions all the way at the bottom of the "Mindfulness" tab, it will record your session in the app, give you credit for the day, and record your heart rate bmp to show how well you were able to relax. I've given up on them fixing the Relax app.

I appreciate your messages, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue regarding the relax app with your Inspire 3. 
This issue has already been escalated and is being studied by our developers.

Meanwhile, always check that your Fitbit app and your device are up-to-date.
