Relax sessions on Inspire 3 not logging in app

Hi all,

I recently got an Inspire 3 and overall it's been working well. After purchasing I installed the latest update (214.24). However, I've found that when I complete Relax sessions on the device those are not synced in to the Fitbit app and therefore don't count towards my Mindfulness time. When I complete Mindfulness exercises through the app itself they show up normally.

I'm running into the same issue! Using the Relax on my Fitbit Inspire 3 doesn't log in the Fitbit app... I've tried syncing and restarting, to no avail. Aggravating.

The Relax app has proven to be ineffective for many users, including myself.

  1. The blue circle animation fails to function properly.
  2. Sessions are not being logged in the app.
  3. It’s clear that a firmware update is necessary, as these issues have persisted for months.

Why hasn’t this problem been addressed yet?
