I recently bought an Inspire 3, and I'm having problems with it reminding me to move. It's set to "auto wake" and "wrist," sleep and DND are turned off, my reminder settings are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day. It reminded me today at 9:50 a.m. (via two vibrations on my wrist). But it hasn't reminded me once, even though I'm not meeting my 250 steps/hour.
Yesterday it wasn't working, so I restarted it, but it didn't work after that either. I'm constantly syncing it with the app, so that's not the problem.
If I can't get it to work, I'm going to have to return it. Am I doing something wrong, or is the product defective?
Update: And by "once" above, I mean "since." (I can't find a way to edit my original post.)
