I force quit and both my phone and app are up to date. I am using an iPhone 13. I am still having the same issue. My actual tracker is saying I have met 9 of 10 hours with 250+ steps but the app reflects no activity. My steps are syncing as well as everything else. This seems to be the only issue.

@PaigeN5 Thanks for confirming that you've tried those steps. I've move your post to a new thread to keep organized the forums and help others having similar inquires about this topic.
Can you please share an image of your Fitbit app (reminders missing) and another one from your Inspire 3 (reminders tracked)? So I can further investigate about this issue.
I'll be waiting for your response.
