Reminders to move not working on Inspire 3

I've been wearing my Inspire 3 for about 4 days now. The first couple of days the reminders to move worked just fine. The past two days it has been spotty, in that several times I am not reminded to move even though I have not reached the 250 steps in that hour. I've checked the settings: Sleep mode is off, DND is off, and "Reminders to Move" is ON in the app. What else could be causing this? It is disheartening that a feature I count on is already not working correctly. Thanks for any insights.

@tiger123456 and @PaigeN5 Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums.

I appreciate the steps tried on your own to get your reminders to move.

Please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Forget your Fitbit device from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Restart your Fitbit device to refresh its performance.
  3. Turn off "Reminders to move" on the Fitbit app.
  4. Always make sure the DND and Sleep Mode are turned off. To do this, check the instructions described here.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  6. Turn back on "Reminders to move" and sync again.
  7. Wait for the next hour and let me know if you receive a reminder.

@PaigeN5 Force quite the Fitbit app and make sure your phone and Fitbit app is running latest firmware version. Please confirm what model of phone you're using to sync your Inspire 3.

Hope this helps.

I am noticing this as well. I also have the issue of its showing I have reached my goal each hour on the tracker but on my app, it shows I have not reached it at all. That tile is just completely void of any data - it’s syncing everything else?
