As a first approach, would you mind checking whether DND or sleep mode is enabled? Keep in mind that these two features prevent your device from receiving notifications, reminders to move or celebrations. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
If the above doesn't describe your issue, please let me know if your Inspire 3 is also not vibrating for other features like your alarms, notifications, etc. Being that the case, please see Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?
