Remove cardio load & daily readiness from device & app

I would like to remove both Cardio Load and Daily Readiness from my Inspire 3 and the app. Can't find anything in this forum nor on either device. How do I do this?

In the app there is a pencil icon top right. Once in there you can turn them off.
