can I remove timer and stopwatch from the left-right swipe options?

can I remove menstrual health from the main vertical swiping? 

I don’t use any of these things and they are annoying to scroll through so much!

Unfortunately what you're asking has been already previously asked for Charge 3, Charge 4, Charge 5, Inspire, Inspire 2, Luxe and Fitbit already said it is not planned.

Oh well that SUCKS! And a huge bummer. I was still rocking a charge 2 so the inspire 3 is a big leap in newness.
