Screen wake is not working on my Inspire 3

My Auto Wake feature seems to have stopped working. When I go to reset it, then hit the 'save' button, it shuts it right off again. If I don't hit the 'save' button, that it, of course, doesn't save it either.  I've even tried a whole new Restart, hoping it would help, but no such luck.  Any suggestions?  TIA!

Hi there, @PeacefulMary. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the screen wake on your Inspire 3 is not working properly. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

It could also be possible that your Inspire 3 is in sleep mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:

  • Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders to move are muted.
  • The screen's brightness is set to dim.
  • The Always-On Display clock face is turned off.
  • The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist.
  • The sleep mode icon illuminates in the quick settings.

To turn off Sleep Mode, swipe down from the clock screen. Tap a setting to adjust it. . For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

If the above doesn't describe your issue, please go to your quick settings and check that screen wake hasn't accidentally been turned off. swipe down from the clock screen again and tap the setting to adjust it. Change whether the screen turns on when you turn your wrist.
