Help my screen won't show anything but time date and charge percentage I have tapped and swiped to no avail!

Hi, @Hippopotomus, welcome to the community, try changing the clock face in the Fitbit app on your phone, from the "Today" screen touch the icon in the top left>Inspire 3>gallery>clocks (you can always change it back again later). Another option is to restart your Inspire 3.
