Setting alarms on Inspire 3 is not easy

Hi.

I open the alarm app on my Inspire 3. Click on the box saying Time 19:23. I then want to change the alarm to 4:45. When I swipe down to change the hour, it changes to 18. Then the next four-five swipes do nothing, then another swipe changes it to 17. Then I most press something wrong because I am back to the start but now the alarm says 17:23. If it will take me 10 minutes to set the alarm then I will abandon this little device. So I am really hoping that I am doing something stupid. So many swipes are not recognized at all. 

So be able to set the alarm on the phone app would be a big plus.

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend restarting your Inspire 3 by following these steps. 

Regarding your inquiry, please note that you cannot set up alarms on the Fitbit app, only on your device.
