We just upgrade our two inspire HR to Inspire 3 this month. One of the Inspire 3 battery life is as expected (about 8 days), but the other drain very quickly (3 days). I think the second one is defective, how do I get this resolved or replaced? I synced the Fitbit to my phone and asked to be updated, it's still updating after 30 minutes. please help, Thanks
