Shortcuts won't update in inspire 3

Hi guys, yesterday I bought the inspire 3 and configured perfectly. This morning the shortcuts in my device are different to the ones that I set. I tried many things

  • Restarting device
  • Syncing again from my Fitbit app on my phone
  • Restarting my phone
  • Turning off Bluetooth 
  • Deleting and adding shortcuts again from the app and then all previous steps.

After all these attempts the problem is still there

Any help?
