Sleep log not showing up on my Inspire 3

For about a week, maybe more, I'm not able to get my sleep log on my Inspire 3. It keeps saying "No Score." The sleep log is up to date on my dashboard.

@peppermint21 , please do as follows. 

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds.
  3. Release the buttons. When Inspire 3 vibrates and you see the Fitbit logo, the tracker restarted.

Try to change the settings again. 

@Denise3 , In your case, seems that it is a syncing issue.  Please try the following, some steps you have already done, but the order is important:

  • Restart your Inspire 3 as described to our friend peppermint21 .
  • Please on the phone, go to Settings>Bluetooth and remove all connections that exist with the tracker. (Forget, ignore or unpair device depending on the phone's operating system version)
  • Turn off Bluetooth and restart your phone. (switch off and on again).
  • When the phone is back on, turn the Bluetooth on again, but DO NOT try to connect to the tracker from there.
  • Go on the app. From here, try setting up the tracker as a new device.

@SueLK , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. 

Do the green LEDs blink?
If not please go to the quick settings on the Inspire 3. 
Make sure that the tracker is on wrist mode and not on clip mode. 
To change  the setting just tap on it.

I have the same issue - tapping on the blue steamer on my fit bit does not change it back to wrist (not sure why it flipped to clipped to body anyway). Help!

I am having this same problem.  I checked and it says worn on wrist.  My sleep information is in the app and not on the tracker itself.  Any ideas what else to try?

Tracker was on wrist mode. I tried the instructions you gave peppermint21, but the problem was still there. But then I tried the instructions you gave Denise 3, and now I'm seeing my sleep log on my device. Thank you!

Hi, Sorry this is so late.  It took me a while to figure this out on my tablet where the app is but I followed the steps today and my sleep information is back on my tracker.  Thank you very much for the help!

Yesterday the night before's sleep log was on my tracker. Yesterday afternoon it wasn't there. As before, it was showing on the app. Today it wasn't showing on my device, and at first it wasn't showing on the app, but it did show up when I synced the device. It never did show up on my device.

I am having the same problem. I no longer see my sleep score on my device. But it's there in the app. I don't know if the problem started after i did the firmware update earlier this month. I tried the instructions in JuanFitBit's Best Answer on but it didn't solve the problem. I did notice first thing this morning that my sleep data was showing on my device. But, it quickly goes back to showing no sleep score data. My girlfriend has the same problem with her Inspire 3. Maybe another firmware update will fix it?
