Hi, I’ve had my inspire 3 for several months and it’s been working perfectly. For the last 3 nights however it has stopped recording a sleep score on the app and device. No score and no sleep stage breakdown, just generic “asleep/awake”.
I’ve updated the Fitbit, restarted the Fitbit, logged out of the app, cleared the cache, restarted my phone, checked heart rate is on… etc etc. It’s the function I like the most so I’d like it back please! Any suggestions? Thanks.

The same thing has happened to me for the last 2 nights and it's also no longer showing REM or Light sleep, it's now showing 3 lines - Awake, Restless & Asleep.
I fear this is another useless update making the information pointless.

So frustrating! Come on Fitbit - what’s happening? This function is the reason I ditched my Apple Watch and went back to FB.

Same thing! My sleep score is gone today along with the oxygen variation at night tracking! Why does Fitbit keep removing functions. Google has ruined this once great company and product!!

Definitely a device FW or app SW issue, but Google-Fitbit doesn't seem terribly motivated to resolve this performance issue. I always get sleep stages and HRV/BR heart metrics returned, but my wife never does, wearing exactly the same device.
We have been patiently waiting for months for Google-Fitbit to step up and resolve this product performance issue, but nothing yet.

Update: I checked all the settings again and discovered that the app needed updating. This appears to have fixed the problem as I have a sleep score this morning. Thanks.
