Sleep score on Inspire 3 only appears for a few hours after registering on the app and then disappea

I uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbit app on both my android phone and Ipad, rebooted the Inspire 3, and the sleep score, after registering on the app on both mobile devices, only appears for a few hours and then disappears.  There are two dashed lines underneath both where it says Sleep and Sleep Score on the Inspire 3.  Please let me know how to fix this.  This never used to happen, it seems to have started about a week or two ago.

Hi, @susansesnovich, welcome to the community, I often find this is the case when waking in the morning. I find that if I sync my Fitbit app twice manually (by sliding my finger down the "Today" screen & releasing) the sleep score slot does populate.

The sleep score populates on my Fitbit in the morning after syncing the app but disappears from the Fitbit after a few hours, usually gone by noon.  I tried resyncing during the day but the sleep score never populates again on the Fitbit.

Hi, @susansesnovich welcome, While I'm not featuring my sleep score on the focus tile I do note that the sleep score is reliably displayed in the individual tile further down my "Today" screen. May I suggest you clear the cache in your Fitbit app (in your phone settings) force stop the Fitbit app & restart your phone.

I tried what you suggested.  Didn't work.  Sleep score appears on fitbit device for a few hours and then disappears.  Looks like I'll have to just live with it.

I have the same issue. It’s frustrating. The data is in my app but not on the watch.

This has just started happening to me as well for the first time.

Having the same issue, I noticed if I take a big nap that gets tracked that my Inspire 3 will show the updated sleep time (and previous score) again.
