I have recently purchased a inspire 3 on 19th of May, and the smart alarm feature seem not to work on most of the days, tried all the troubleshooting given on the websites and the community tab but nothing seem to work.

Sad to hear that your Inspire 3 doesn't seem to be working as it should. Are normal, non smart alarms working on your device? Have you already tried restarting your device by keeping it's side buttons pressed for around 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on it's display?

Just adding 1 more tip to the questions made by Talahthas.
If the smart alarms are the ones not getting off, make sure that your Inspire 3 is on wrist mode and not on clip mode.

yup, the normal alarm seem to work fine, though I have not used them much but still. I used the restart option from the setting on my fitbit, is it different from the 10 seconds press restart which you suggested ? BTW the restart seem to work for me, last night the smart alarm went off as desired, let see if that was it.

my fitbit is always on wrist mode as i dont use it on clip mode.
