Smart alarm not going off on my Inspire 3

The smart alarm features of my Inspire 3 is not working, a few days ago I created an alarm for 1:00 am with a smart alarm on for 12:30am-1:00am, neither the smart alarm worked, nor the alarm at 1:00am. I woke up at 4am to realize that my alarm never went off and I missed my work which was scheduled for 1:00am. And For Your Information I am a light sleeper so I don't generally miss alarms, a little sound or vibration is enough to wake me up. I tried all the troubleshooting mentioned on the website and the help mentioned on the fitbit community tab but unfortunately nothing seem to work. I already complained about the same here around 6 months ago and they asked me to factory reset it and that seemed to have done the job but unfortunately the problem returned only after a couple of weeks which made me so frustrated that I stopped using the watch for a long time, but I thought to give it a chance again and to no surprise the problem still exists and its frustrating. I have read on the fitbit community that few other users have also faced the same issue with fitbit smartwatches, there seem to be some software issue with the fitbit watch which the fitbit team does not seem to be intrested in solving. Sorry but its pathetic.
