Sport selection issues after update 214.24 on Fitbit Inspire 3

Hi everyone,

I’m encountering an issue with my Fitbit Inspire 3 after updating to version 214.24. Before the update, I was able to easily select the sports I wanted directly from a short list. However, since the update, I now have to scroll through a list of over 40 sports just to pick one. It’s quite frustrating, and it seems like a bug.

Additionally, I’ve noticed that my selected sports no longer sync properly between the Fitbit app on my phone and the device itself. The sports I choose don’t show up on the tracker anymore, which is really inconvenient.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any advice on how to fix it? Or is this a known bug that we’ll have to wait for a patch for?

Thanks for your help!

EDIT: Also, I’ve just noticed that the mobile app no longer shows my current or past step counts. This makes it even harder to track my activity throughout the day.

I'm also facing the same frustrating issue with my Fitbit Inspire 3 after the 214.24 update. The new layout has made sport selection unnecessarily complicated — instead of the quick-access list we had before, we're now stuck scrolling through 40+ activities just to start a workout. It feels like a serious step backward in usability, and definitely seems like something Fitbit should address quickly. In the meantime, for anyone trying to keep their sports routine smooth, I’d recommend checking out the Sportzfy app — it’s a free streaming option where you can watch live sports and stay motivated while Fitbit hopefully fixes this mess.
