Hello- I just bought the Inspire 3 because my Charge 3 finally stopped charging properly, it was the last thing on a list of others that stopped working.  Now I have the Inspire 3 and there is a metric for stairs (I climb everyday my own home) that isn’t calculating them.  I saw in another post that it wasn’t available and not on the dashboard.  But here is a picture of my dashboard.  Is it still there because of my history with fitbit or was that poster incorrect and this metric should be reflecting my stairs?
The other thing I have noticed is this forum screen only moves a certain amount… if I want to move to see the top of the post it “refuses”…TIA

Hi @RJCoote the Inspire 3 can't recognize flights of stairs because it lacks the altimeter. Nothing in the Inspire 3 user manual mentions the ability to recognize stairs and the list of sensors does not mention an altimeter (page 52)

You're showing the old app. A new one was released and is what I currently have for my Inspire 3 and there is no stairs listed on it.

My understanding would be that if there was a change to the app. it would automatically update since I have it set to do so.  Are you saying its a completely different app I need to download?

I actually just saw a post from a Moderator on a firmware update that hasn’t finished rolling out, it looks like I haven’t received the update.  Maybe that will remove the stairs from my dashboard, but I still wonder if it wouldn’t remain if I have history from other devices…
I suppose I will find out when I get the firmware update.
