Hi i had an issue at the weekend with logging food. It was an issue that many were experiencing. Since this has been fixed my fitbit isn't logging my sleep and my step count is 7000 on fitbit but only showing 3000 on phone even when it has been synched which means the calorie count is also incorrect. I have logged out and back in AGAIN and restarted phone but it is logging incorrectly from fitbit to phone.

Hi @Tracy222, welcome to our Community!
Thanks for sharing with me your situation regarding your step count, let me recommend you this following article that might be helpful for your case. How do I track my steps with Fitbit with my phone?
Please also confirm if you are using Mobile track. It is a service that allows you to count steps using your phone even if you forget to wear your Fitbit. If that is your case, Mobile track will add the steps recorded by your phone to the Fitbit app. You can "unpair" Mobile Track from your account. On your Fitbit app go to the upper left corner, on the phone and device icon. Click on your phone icon and choose "Disconnect device".
