Step data is taken from iPhone not Inspire 3?

Inspire 4 still won’t sync with MyNetDiary 

Step data on MyNetDiary is collected from my iPhone and not my Inspire 3? 
Any suggestions how to switch off Apple data?

Hi, @Teddycat24 , have you had a look at these instructions for how to sync your Fitbit account with your MyNetDiary account?  Having said that I see that the instructions may be somewhat out of date - they mention Inspire 2 but not Inspire 3, so it may be that the option to link is no longer available.  I would follow the instructions very carefully to check to see if they work with your device.

If your Inspire 3 is not linked to MyNetDiary then the steps shown on your MyNetDiary account will NOT be taken from your Inspire 3.  That will be true even if you turn off the step counting facility on your iPhone (so in that case you would presumably have no step data).  You MUST link the accounts in order to get your data from your Fitbit.

As mentioned by  our friend Julia_G , you'll need to connect/link your Fitbit and  your MyNetDiary accounts for the steps from Fitbit tothe other app to be transferred. Instructions can be found here: How do I connect Fitbit with another app?
I'll also like to suggest to see if you have mobileTrack on. 

This feature uses the phone's sensors to count steps. This is for when you have left your Fitbit at home (e.g. while charging). Please make sure MobileTrack is not activated.
It may happen that the steps recorded with the cell phone overwrite those of the Inspire 3  .

In the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon (top left corner).
There you will see the devices linked to your account.
If you see the Mobile Device Active option, tap it and remove it from the account.
