I have had 10,000 steps each day since May 31, 2022 and in October (following an international trip that crossed time zones), the steps logged as more than 10,000 but the circle did not color blue and the next day the streak was reset. I have reported this countless time and there has been no help or support (other than we are looking into it). After 4+ months, this is troubling. Your core competence is fitness data tracking, you should be able to look at the data and fix the issue in the back end. I would like to see a solve for this issue or I am not really sure what the point is of using your device

Hi, @CDSteps, welcome to the community, what an interesting question! I have to admit it's not an issue I've seen raised here in the past but it has been raised. In essence, had I anticipated an issue before crossing the IDL I might have been able to control the allocation of steps to a particular date. As a retired Merchant Seaman who has crossed the IDL many times the thought would never have crossed my mind.
I hope this helps.
Cheers
