Hello I have the Inspire 3 tracker and I am a new user. I used the metro today and realized my steps got counted while I was on transportation. I used the live chat on the Fitbit support page to see how I could fix this and I was given some instructions to delete this which were extremely lengthy to do everytime. I was wondering if there was a way for me to pause my steps or shut down my device during my transportation.

Thanks for explaining your situation with the step count on your Inspire 3.
The situation is that there's a case created already on support's end, my best recommendation would be to contact them back so they can give you further assistance, you can try the step they recommended you too before contacting them back.
