For the last few weeks, the Fitbit app has tracked steps, then removed them when I "synced" the Fitbit to the phone. I hit 10,000 steps 3 times today in the span of 15 minutes. I've used this Fitbit for years and this is a new and disappointing behavior.

I am having a similar option. My iPhone matched my Fitbit until today. Now the app on my phone says no steps and can’t sync with my inspire 3. My phone updated to iOS 18.3.1 very recently. I removed the app, restarted my Fitbit and turned off my Bluetooth and restarted my phone with the same result. It will not sync. Is this the same issue?
