To me, it seems more like you're getting a phone icon with a line through it. This icon means that your Inspire 3 is out of your phone's Bluetooth range. As soon as your Inspire 3 gets back near the phone, the icon will disappear. For troubleshooting tips, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
