I got a new Fitbit 3. I can’t sync it with my phone. I deleted my inspire 2 but my phone can’t find the new one.

Hello @Suzns and welcome to the Community. This might or might not help you. Did you also remove the Inspire 2 from the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone?

Hi @Suzns. Welcome to the community forums.
Thank you sharing the inquiry regarding the new Inspire 2.
Even if I'm not sure if you have still difficulties with Inspire 2, I'd suggest you try the following steps in the order listed even if some of them you've tried already:
- Unpair your Inspire 2 from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
- Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
- Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
- Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
- Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
- Set up your Inspire 2.
- If there is no connection, restart your Inspire 2.
- Once your Inspire 2 is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Inspire 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
Thanks to @LZeeW for helping.

I keep trying and have done this several times. Also tried my daughter’s WiFi thinking it could be mine. But no luck anywhere. I’m very frustrated at this point. I can hardly see my inspire 2 display and really wanted a brighter display.
What do I do?
