I'd like to set things straight about a problem experienced a few months ago. The Inspire 3 device refuses to pair to my Android phone after trying just about everything.
Presently, I ascertained that the cause was the lack of software updates in the Android System of the phone manufacturer. The software ceased to be updated in 2022. This caused the disconnection of a total of 3 devices, including the Inspire3. At the end, I had to change my phone. Now the Inspire 3 is pairing.
The suggestion was given by interrogation of the AIs. If everything else fails, then a smartphone without a current system update may be the culprit.

The new pairing is working. I must say this, my present sleep monitoring software, based upon the Huawei Health package, seems to be less accurate than the Inspire 3 as far as sleep architecture goes. The results in the two differ significantly. From the episodes of awakenings after sleep, I can say with high confidence that the Inspire 3 is far, far better. I cannot say about deep sleep and other parameter, but during the night I'm wearing both now. The Inspire 3 is perhaps more realistic, but the Huawei watch is more encouraging, by being probably unrealistically optimistic.
