Text messages are not coming through my Inspire 3

Made sure DND is off along with quiet mode. All settings allow text notifications. Tried restarting phone, reconnecting Bluetooth, etc and only calls will come in. New inspire 3

Hi there, @Jennn993. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Inspire 3 is still not receiving text messages despite all the step syou've tried so far. I'll be glad to continue assisting you with this.

Based on the information you've provided, may I know if you're an iOS user? If so, are iMessages the notifications you're referring to? If this describes your issue, please try toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always".

Mine aren’t either. Just started having problems the last few days. Missing exercise days on my dashboard but it’s there when I go to the day. Not there at the end of week. No message’s either. I did everything. Deleted the app. Reinstalled. Restarted phone. Checked my settings. 🤷‍:female_sign:
