The screen wake on my Inspire 3 has stopped working

My brand new inspire 3 clockface does not wake up or go on when I flick my wrist. I have to tap it several times to pop on!!!

Hi, @Doggi, welcome to the community. On your Inspire 3, swipe down from the clock face to "Auto Wake" and ensure it is on. If it's off touch the icon to to toggle it to "on". Swipe down again & check DND is off and you are not in a set sleep period, both of which disable auto-illumination.
