The side buttons on my Inspire 3 are not working

My side buttons don’t seem to go anything when pushed except cause the device to vibrate. What to do?

Hi there, @SunshinePlus1. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that the buttons on your Inspire 3 aren't working as expected. I'll be glad to help you with this. 

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Inspire 3 by following these steps. Then, please check whether they work. 

If the issue persists, would you mind letting me know if the touch screen is working? Do the Inspire 3 respond when you press the button or you just feel a vibration? I mean, does it show anything when you press the button?
