Unable to customize exercise screen

I’m very frustrated there is no way to customize the stats that show during an exercise on the watch screen. I would love to be able to see pace, distance, and heart rate WITHOUT tapping through all the options mid-run. I find it very distracting to have to tap through the options (many I don’t care about like calories or the time of day!!). You are forced to tap pace, average pace, calories, amount of steps, elapsed time, active zone minutes, distance, just to see my heart rate mid run. There’s over 8 options to tap through! And if you want to go back to what you just had on the screen, you have to tap through all of them again!

I wish I could customize it just to show the stats I want to see distance, pace, heart rate and I did not have to tap through. Right now it will automatically show the time elapsed and the time of day on top and bottom. Wish I could change that to show heart rate or distance so I did not have to tap through so many options every time I wanted to go from my distance to heart rate mid run. Totally ruins my flow and my pace when I’m trying to tap through 8 options to get back to pace after looking at heart rate. PLEASE let us customize this! It’s also dangerous to have to be running and constantly distracted tapping through to get to distance then back to heart rate, etc.

I would love to ability to customize what is show on the top and bottom during exercises or be able to remove useless options like time of day, avg. pace, steps, active zone minutes, and calories - so I would have way less to tap through!

Hi @Emily410.  Unfortunately, Fitbit has never allowed stat customization on any of its trackers.  That includes both the Charge an Inspire series.  Only the smartwatches let you customize the top, middle, and bottom stats.
