Ever since updating my Fitbit a couple of weeks ago I cannot access the screen to set a new weight goal. It just says unable to load goals. I cannot access this through website either, it says there is an internal server error. I have tried reinstalling the app but this makes no difference. Any ideas? Thanks.

I seem to have fixed this! I removed the weight goal that I had peviously set completely and then it allowed me to set a goal. It seems that you just couldn’t set a new goal from the previous one. Very annoying but at least I have sorted it out!
