Hi all,
I had paired my Inspire 3 to a phone which I no longer have access to.
I have tried to pair it to my new phone but simply cannot do it - it gets stuck on "setup is taking longer than usual" and nothing ever happens.
Have tried all the tips, logging out, resetting the fitbit, turning bluetooth on and off etc and no luck.
Annoying, the fitbit also has the date wrong as it currently says it is November 21st for some reason, and not the 20th (today).
Any help greatly appreciated as this is really frustrating.

Thanks for inform me about this situation in regards of your Inspire 3 unable to setup in your new device, I appreciate your efforts following some steps to get this working.
About the date, since the Inspire 3 has not been synced, this is why the date is different in your Fitbit and your cellphone. Can you try these steps, please?
- On your phone, tap Settings then Bluetooth.
- Tap the information icon or gear icon next to the name of your Fitbit device.
- Find the option to forget the device.
I also recommend you to check this article and verify if you have followed all the steps in the order they appear there.
