Upgrade is a Terrible DOWNGRADE

The Upgrade on sleep App is TERRIBLE, I’ve been using Fitbit for years and I truly hope you will revisit this sleep app upgrade and give us customers what we want!!!

There are many people on this forum that are in total agreement with you, with the exception of the Fitbit/Google forum moderators.

They seem to think that we should all just suck it up and accept poor product performance and customer support, while still paying Google for Premium product features that don't or rarely work.
