Vent: the cardio load phrasing is SO ANNOYING

I’ve read other posts about how it’s generally arbitrary, but I have fun meeting the quota when I can, but I’ve been meeting it just fine the last week and today it says “you’ve been at risk of under-training.” Like WHAT DO YOU MEAN! I’ve done EXACTLY the amount you TOLD ME to do! It really got on my nerves this morning.

Also, it’s either “take it easy, you’ve been pushing yourself way too hard, Sweetie🥺” or “why don’t you get off the couch and go touch grass for once, you pathetic sack of pudding? 🙌” from one day to the next, no in-between when “maintaining.” It’s honestly very de-incentivizing at this point.
