Videos t and other four watch faces not available on my new inspire 3, but we’re on old inspire3

My old Inspire 3 died. I just bought a brand new one. Why aren’t the last few watch faces available? I want to install bifrost and it was on my old inspire 3, but this new one is not letting me. The install button is grayed out along with the other final four or so watch faves. Help!

Thanks for sharing with me your situation regarding your watch faces. 

I can recommend you to check if your device is up to date with the information in this following article, that might affect in some cases. Update your Fitbit device.

Regarding the clock faces ck this other article that might help you improve your situation. How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

And if after that you are still not able to find them it might be because they are no longer available in the system and you could look into other options of watch faces.
