I bought 2 devices so I could track my heart rate and steps all day and also exercise in the pool as well as wear the device once a week sleeping when I was charging my primary.
I bought 2 different devices specifically for this purpose but apparently this feature is no longer supported by Fitbit. Why would you remove such a useful feature?

Hi, @Jofit2023, welcome to the community, it's been a feature of the Fitbit App for a long time, ever since "Gallery" was introduced for the clock faces. You do not mention which devices you have (are there two Inspire 3s?). Changing devices on the Fitbit app is very simple, touch the icon in the top left corner of the "Today" screen with %>add more devices>select your new device>select "replace">swipe up to "Agree">connect it to a live charging cable>continue>enter the 4 digit code>pair>advance through the instructions & once you are at the "Today" screen sync. It takes about a minute. I wear a PW2 as my daily but use an Inspire 3 for swimming so I change devices twice a day. While swimming my PW2 is on the charging cable & I charge the Inspire 3 every few days. In order to get the most out of your Fitbit app you need to wear a device 24/7, you do not need two devices as charging should usually take about 30 minutes (depending on the power brick you use) and can be completed while you are in the shower.
I hope this helps.
Cheers
