Watch Face wont install Juxtaposed, Bifrost, Brisk or Glimpse

As subject stats above i have a screen that says install but the button is not highlighted like the other ones with the blue plus symbol, I looked at the other watch faces and i like Juxtaposed the most but wont let me install the watch face. Using Iphone, and fitbit version 20001.188.58, i just updated my iphone and the fitbit application but no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Contacted customer support but they were no help.

Your device is running with a very old firmware version, so maybe that clockface isn't supported in that FW version.  You can try again after the device gets updated to the latest V210.26 FW, which should happen in a few days.

Is it becuase i just got the watch today that it has such an old firmware?

If the swipe function doesn't work on the device screen and that problem doesn't get resolved with a button Reset, or resetting the device again after changing to any other clockface that may work, then that device is defective and it should be returned for a replacement.

I just took a closer look at your previous response describing the screen display and, if you just got your Inspire 3 device today, that screen is probably telling you to download the App, which you have already done. That is all normal behavior.

Did you successfully setup the Inspire 3 device with your iPhone and does it sync with your phone after that?

The Inspire 3 is set up and synced with iphone properly, the only reason i have the inspire 3 is my inspire 2 wont respond to anything and after lots of troubleshooting i decided to get the 3. But everything works except downloading those select watch faces so i guess i will have to wait for the device to recognize there is a firmware update and complete it

That appears to be the case.  It's unlikely that the old Factory FW version supports all the newer clockfaces but, if the screen swipe function doesn't work, that is still a problem that is not related to the older FW.

Screen swipe function does work. Yes i checked the firmware and this firmware is 2 years old. Hopefully watch recognizes and updates soon. Thank you so much for your help.

Were you able to update your inspire 3? I am in the same situation as you. Bought a new fitbit 3 today and I don't see the option to update firmware inside the fitbit app.
