Water log and exercise log

I'm having issues with the fitbit app deleting my water log entries. My inspire 3 is also not recognizing my exercise activity and is logging everything as active minutes. The dashboard isn't syncing with the app or vice versa. Anyone else having issues like this?

Hi, @Mamibonita, welcome to the community, you seem to be having a problem with syncing, this is not unusual. You may be interested in these articles How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync? You do not provide any information about your phone but in essence, you need Bluetooth to connect your Inspire 3 to your phone & WiFi or cell signal (plus a data allowance) to connect your phone to the Fitbit server and the Fitbit dashboard. Are any of these links compromised? On your phone check the Fitbit app in your app tray to ensure all permissions are allowed, clear storage & cache, ensure background data & unrestricted data usage are allowed, and battery usage is unrestricted. On your phone settings ensure connected devices allow your Inspire 3 access to call history & sharing, and the battery saver is off.
