I haven’t used a Fitbit in a few years..think my last one was a Charge 4. Been using Apple Watch exclusively. I bought the Inspire 3 with it being on sale for $70 as a secondary device mainly for tracking sleep and wow..this app is so weird now and the syncing is so slow. Is it just my device?
Hi @kitsch1 have you tried restarting the Fitbit? I have the same Fitbit and it's working fine for me. I know the app has changed, but you'll get used to it.

This new App is terrible. If you look at the App Store, reviews have said that from roll out, but no improvements or changes have been made. It’s almost as if they *want* us to give up on them.
