under cardio load there is a section called “your past 7 days training” which shows a horizontal line with six sections and three different colors. Per usual, fitbit offers no explanation of what the colors or sections specifically represent or what the scale ranges from. All i know is that, today, the location of the black dot represents “maintaining fitness.” What does the gross green color represent? What about the darkest color? Does the graph represent an increase/decrease from left to right or right to left? Is the center area best? Why are there two sections of each color? Etc etc. i wish i could get a job asking questions

@BabyPinecone the first section on the left is "undertraining". The next two sections that are the same shade of green are "maintaining". The next two darker sections are "improving". The last section is "overtraining".

The black dot is your current position. There's not really an area that's "best". That depends on you and your individual fitness goals.
