What happened my Inspire HR is not working correctly.

The same thing happened to me. I have an inspire HR. I used to have steps, calories, miles, and sleep circles. I’m currently thinking of switching to an Apple Watch. I have had a Fitbit for over 6 years, and this is the first time I’m really disappointed with the product.
