What is the difference between resting heart rate and Min HR?

What is the difference between resting heart rate and MinHR. My device gives the resting heart rate but the app has Min HR it is always in the low to mid 40’s and the resting is usually in the mid 50’s

@J0316 Fitbit defines Resting Heart Rate as your heart rate when you are awake, still, and well-rested. It is not uncommon to see a lower heart rate when you are asleep. There's more info about heart rate here if you're interested.

@J0316 Fitbit defines Resting Heart Rate as your heart rate when you are awake, still, and well-rested. It is not uncommon to see a lower heart rate when you are asleep. There's more info about heart rate here if you're interested.
